1. About these terms

Australian Buhurt Supply (ABN pending registration) runs australianbuhurt.com.au, an online store selling training gear and club kit for armoured combat to customers in Australia. These terms apply every time you browse the site or place an order. By using the site or ordering from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using our website

Use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that breaches Australian law, interferes with the site, or affects anyone else's access to it.

Product photos, sizes, and descriptions are a guide. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail, price, or piece of content is correct at all times. We may fix mistakes and change or withdraw products at any time.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive straight away is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm that we have accepted it.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we cannot deliver to the address given, or we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and delivery within Australia. What you see on the product page is the full amount; checkout adds nothing.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

5. Delivery

Gear is made to order and freighted to your door, typically arriving 2 to 4 weeks after sign-off. We email tracking on dispatch, and large club orders can arrive in more than one parcel. Any customs or import charges are handled by us, not billed to you. Full details are in our shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

Stock items without a crest carry a 30 day change of mind window; custom-crested and made-to-measure pieces are excluded from change of mind, and you have the full protection of the Australian Consumer Law if anything is faulty or not as described. The detail is in our returns and refunds policy.

7. Using our products

Our products are training equipment for a full-contact sport. Armoured combat carries inherent risk, and padded gear changes neither the nature of the sport nor your responsibility to train sensibly. Our gear is not certified protective equipment and we make no claim that it prevents injury. Check the sizing guidance before you buy, follow your club's and your federation's equipment rules for the activity you use it in, inspect every piece before each session, and retire anything damaged or worn. You are responsible for deciding whether a piece is suitable for the training or event you use it in.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being misused.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photography, logos, and design, is owned by Australian Buhurt Supply or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written consent.

10. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

Any personal information you give us is handled in line with our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last updated. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
