The stuff you want to know

Gear is made to order, so the honest answer is a lead time, not a courier window. Plan on 2 to 4 weeks from sign-off to your door for most orders. Large club runs can take longer, and if yours will, we tell you before you commit, not after.

By a specialist padded-gear workshop offshore, finished to each club's colours and crest. Nothing gets listed until it has survived training nights with our own club, and every batch is checked against the reference kit we keep before it ships.

We email you when production starts and again when your order is dispatched with tracking. Check the junk folder before you chase us, it hides there more often than you would think.

Australia-wide today, all states and territories. New Zealand clubs, email us and we will quote the freight. Further afield, ask and we will see what we can do.

Send us your crest, ideally as a vector file or the largest image you have, plus the colours you run. We come back with mockups of each piece in your kit so the whole club can see it before anyone pays. Crest and colours are included in the price, not an extra.

We rework it until you sign off. Colours shifted, crest bigger or smaller, a different placement, all fine. Nothing is stitched before your approval.

Yes. Prices come down with volume, and mixed pieces count toward the same break, so a rack of helmets, vests and legs earns the same discount as a stack of one thing. Tell us the pieces and rough numbers and we will quote the bundle delivered.

Both. Most of our orders come through clubs, but every piece can be made to order for one fighter in whatever colours you pick.

Every piece carries a size table with the measurements that matter for it. Grab a soft tape measure and take the numbers the table asks for rather than guessing from height and weight. For club orders we send a sizing sheet so you can collect every fighter's measurements in one pass.

Email us the numbers and the piece and we will call it for you. Padded gear usually wants the snugger fit, but there are exceptions and we would rather you ask than re-ship.

Always. Every price on this site and every club quote is the GST-inclusive price in Australian dollars, with delivery included. What you see is what lands on your card.

Secure card payment at checkout. Your card details go straight to our payment provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our side. For club orders, the payment arrangements are set out on the quote.

Custom pieces are made for your club, so change-of-mind returns on crested gear are limited, the same as any made-to-order product. Sizing problems we will work through with you piece by piece. Email us before anything ships back.

That one is entirely on us. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law, and we cover the postage both ways. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort a repair, replacement or refund.

No shopfront. We are online only, which keeps the pricing sensible. You will find us at Australian armoured combat events though, usually somewhere near the eric.
